Coolant flush services are a mainstay of the automotive maintenance business. Traditional green coolant should be changed every 30,000 miles or every 2-3 years. DexCool is rated for 5 years and up to 150,000 miles.
To complete the service a cleaner such as Well Worth's Flush Well is introduce into the radiator to loosen any debris.
Flush equipment such as Flo Dynamics' or
Uview's Vacu-Fill is connected to allow system cleaning and fluid exchange.
A conditioner like Well Worth's Kool Well is added to new coolant
which supplements coolants corrosion protection and lubrication capabilities.
In the case of a system exhibiting minor leaks, a sealer such as Well Worth's Stop Well is added to the radiator to prevent minor leakage.
In between coolant exchanges it is recommended that Well Worth's Cool Well Conditioner be sold to top up the protection properties of the coolant.
